How this began
Some years back I started this website as a low carb recipe blog. At the time I was very much into low carb diets and a keto lifestyle; however I have not been able to stick to the lifestyle and my love for cooking meant began to deviate away from keto ingredients. I do have about 40 low carb recipes on this site and I still use them today, however my friend, I want to share so much more with you without restriction through my website title and hence here we are; welcome to I Love to Cook.co.uk
Development of the website may be slow at times as I will not post a recipe unless I have cooked it, photographed it and then eaten it myself; and if I find it is not good enough for you to try, then it does not get posted. Happy cooking and eating.
I really hope you give some of my recipes a go. I hope you enjoy them as much as I am enjoying sharing them with you. All the recipes have been tried and tested, therefore you can be sure they work. Of course if you have any comments, then please let me know.

The calculation of the nutrients is done by me with integrity and therefore I will not be responsible for any loss or damage from anyone relying on this information. To work the net carbs I deduct the fibre content from the total carb content.
